Standard Notary Rates
Portland/Metro Area $40
Additional Mileage Fee for all surrounding areas $.50/mile
Loan Document Signing Rates
Standard Loan Package $125
2nd Loan Package or Piggyback Loan $30
In-House Signings (at your office) $50
NOTE: When traveling outside the Portland/Metro area, a $.50/mile additional fee will be added. Please see below for any additional applicable fees.
Premium Rates
After Hours (9pm to Midnight) $40
Emergency (Midnight to 7am) $50
Weekend Rate (with no prior appointment) $20
NOTE: The above rates are charged in addition to the standard notary rates.

No extra fees are charged for weekend appointments.
Additional Rates
E-Docs/Digital Docs (up to 150 pages including borrowers copy) $30
Additional Copy of Loan Package $20
NOTE: The above rates are charged in addition to the loan document signing rates. All documents are printed on legal size paper.
Oregon State Regulated Fees

As stated in the Oregon Revised Statues 194.160(1) and the Oregon Administrative Rules 160-100-0400, the following are the state regulated fees
Taking an acknowledgment, verification upon oath or affirmation, certifying a copy of a document, witnessing or attesting a signature $5
Administering an oath or affirmation without signature, each page of deposition and all other Notarial acts that are not specified in this rule $1
